BAHAYA SYIAH SEBUAH REALITA

Dewasa ini kebid�ahan telah merebak didalam tubuh kaum muslimin sedemikian hebatnya sehingga banyak kaum muslimin yang tidak mengerti bahaya kebid�ahan padahal kebidahan tersebut dapat merusak mereka dan merusak keutuhan dan persatuan keum muslimin bahkan banyak negara Islam yang hancur lantarannya seperti daulah Bani Umayah yang jatuh disebabkan kebidahan Ja�d bin Dirham (Jahmiyah) lihatlah pernyataan Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah ketika mengomentari sejarah keruntuhan Bani Umayah: �Sesungguhnya daulah Bani Umayah hancur disebabkan oleh Ja�ad Al Mu�athil� [1] dan berkata :�Jika muncul kebid�ahan-kebid�ahan yang menyelisihi Rasulullah Shallallahu �alaihi wa sallam maka Allah akan akan membalas (dengan kejelekan) pada orang yang menyelisihi Rasul dan memberi kemenangan kepada yang lainnya� [2]. Dan dalam tempat yang lain beliau berkata: �Maka iman kepada Rasul dan Jihad membela agamanya adalah sebab kebaikan dunia dan akhirat dan sebaliknya kebidahan dan penyimpangan agama serta penyelisihan terhadap sunnah Rasulullah Shallallahu �alaihi wa sallam adalah sebab kejelekan dunia dan akhirat� [3] .
Bahaya Syiah terhadap kaum muslimin merupakan satu kenyataan yang tidak dapat dipungkiri oleh setiap muslim lebih-lebih yang telah meneliti dan membaca sejarah mereka sejak masa awal pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya sampai saat ini, rentang waktu yang cukup panjang dengan segala peristiwa berdarah yang telah menumpahkan darah ribuan bahkan jutaan kaum muslimin.
Mengenal dan meneliti bahaya dan implikasi Syiah merupakan pembahasan yang cukup luas dan panjang lagi penting agar setiap muslim dapat mengambil pelajaran kemudian tidak terperosok dalam satu lubang berkali-kali apalagi dimasa sekarang mereka telah berusaha dengan segala sarana dan prasarana yang mereka miliki untuk menyebarkan dakwah mereka diseluruh peloksok dunia dengan perlahan-lahan namun pasti yang pada akhirnya mereka akan menam-pakkan hakikatnya bila telah mencapai apa yang menjadi tujuan mereka. Oleh sebab itu memahamkan masyarakat Islam tentang bahaya mereka dalam ideology, politik, ekonomi dan sosial kaum muslimin saat ini merupakan hal yang mendesak karena besarnya bahaya syiah terhadap seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan Negara Islam, apalagi di Indonesia yang kebanyakan kaum muslimin belum mengenal siapa mereka dan bagaimana bahaya mereka terhadap kaum muslimin ditambah lagi dengan munculnya nama-nama baru perwujudan dari Syiah ini seperti IJABI (Ikatan Jamaah Ahlil Bait Indonesia) [4] yang telah mulai menancapkan kuku-kuku beracunnya kedalam tubuh kaum muslimin dengan tameng kecintaan ahlil bait. Mudah-mudahan dengan pembahasan ini dapat memberikan peringatan kepada segenap kaum muslimin dan menjadi teguran kepada sebagian kaum muslimin yang mencoba menganggap syiah sebagai kawan dan sahabat dan menganggap mereka tidak membahayakan dan merugikan kaum muslimin.
BAHAYA SYI�AH TERHADAP IDEOLOGI DAN PEMIKIRAN KAUM MUSLIMIN
Bahaya mereka dalam bidang ini banyak sekali, diantaranya:
1. Memasukkan Kesyirikan Kedalam Masyarakat Islam
Memasukkan kesyirikan Kedalam masyarakat Islam bahkan sebagian ahlil ilmu menetapkan mereka sebagai orang yang pertama membuat kesyirikan dan penyembahan kubur pada umat Islam. Hal ini terjadi lantaran sikap ekstrim mereka dalam mencintai para imam syiah sehingga membawa mereka kepada sikap ekstrim terhadap kuburan dan membuat-buat riwayat-riwayat yang dijadikan oleh mereka sebagai dasar amalan tersebut.
Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah berkata dalam Ar Rodd Alal Akhnaa�iy hal. 47 : �Orang pertama yang memalsukan hadits-hadits pembolehan bepergian untuk menziarahi keramat-keramat yang ada diatas kuburan adalah ahlil bidah dari kalangan Rafidhah (Syiah) dan yang sejenis-nya dari orang-orang yang meninggalkan masjid dan mengagungkan tempat keramat yang ada padanya kesyirikan, kedustaan dan kebidahan terhadap agama Islam yang tidak ada padanya hujjah dari Allah Subhanahu wa Ta�ala, karena Al-Kitab dan As Sunnah hanya menyebutkan ibadah di masjid-masjid dan tidak di tempat-tempat keramat�.
Sekarang tempat-tempat keramat dan tempat-tempat ziarah Syiah menjadi tempat kesyirikan dan paganis, dan ini dapat dilihat di negeri-negeri Syiah seperti Iran demikian juga buku-buku mereka memperbolehkan bahkan menyeru kepada kesyirikan tersebut.
Syaikh Musa Jaarullah berkata setelah menziarahi negara Iran dan Irak dan tinggal disana beberapa bulan bahwa dia telah melihat tempat-tempat keramat dan kuburan-kuburan ditempat mereka.
Syaikh Abul Hasan Annadwiy berkata tentang bangunan keramat dikuburan Ali Ar Ridho dalam makalahnya Min Nahri Kaabul Ila Nahri Al Yarmuuk hal 93 majalah Al I�tishom, tahun (41) edisi ke-3 setelah menziarahi Iran : �Setiap orang asing yang menziarahi keramat Ali Ar Ridho akan merasa seakan-akan didalam masjid Al Haram, dia mendengar teriakan, tangisan dan desis ratapan, dipenuhi oleh laki-laki dan perempuan, dihiasi dengan hiasan-hiasan yang megah yang dibuat dengan harta benda yang sangat banyak sekali. [5]
Imam Al Aluusiy pengarang kitab At Tuhfah Al Itsba Asyariyah menyatakan bahwa mereka (kaum Syiah) selalu ekstrim menyembah dan menthawafi kuburan para imam mereka bahkan sampai shalat menghadapnya tidak menghadap Ka�bah dan masih banyak lagi yang lainnya yang pernah dilakukan oleh kaum musyrikin terhadap berhala mereka. [6]
Kemudian beliau berkata: jika ada padamu keraguan tentang hal itu silahkan pergi ke sebagian keramat-keramat mereka agar kamu melihat kenyataan ini dengan kedua matamu. [7]
Inilah persaksian mereka yang telah melihat langsung keadaan kaum Syi�ah akan tetapi anat disayangkan musibah dan bencana ini akhirnya terbawa dan masuk kenegeri-negeri Islam dan menjadi kebiasaan sebagian kaum muslimin sehingga merusak aqidah dan ideology mereka.
2. Merusak Agama Islam Dan Menyesatkan Kaum muslimin
Demikianlah pemikiran Syiah dengan segala keanehan dan kesesatannya terus didakwahkan dan disebarkan dengan segala sarana yang mereka miliki untuk mengumpulkan sebanyak mungkin orang yang akan mengikutinya dan semakin banyak orang yang meninggalkan agama Islam yang shahih dengan segala propokasi para ulama mereka yang selalu berusaha memperbanyak jumlah pengikut mereka. Propokasi ini didasarkan diatas kedustaan dan penipuan yang mereka pakai dalam menipu pengikut mereka dan orang-orang awam dari kaum muslimin diantaranya adalah slogan tidak ada perbedaan antara Sunni dan Syiah dan pernyataan mereka bahwa keganjilan ajaran Syiah sesungguhnya ada dasarnya di dalam riwayat-riwayat Ahli Sunnah.
Tidak diragukan lagi dakwah dan penyebaran aqidah Syiah dan propokasi yang berisi ketetapan Syiah merupakan bagian dari Islam adalah salah satu sebab penting dalam usaha merusak dan menyesatkan kaum muslimin apalagi sekarang ada negara Ayatullah di Iran yang mereka jadikan sarana untuk menghadapi kemunculan dan kebangkitan Islam karena munculnya negara yang merusak citra keindahan dan kesempurnaan Islam dan memberi gambaran yang berlawanan dengan keinginan dan kebangkitan Islam yang sejati akan menghapus dan mengendorkan semangat dan keinginan untuk bangkit mendirikan kekhilafahan yang berdasarkan kepada Al Quran dan As Sunnah di dada para pemuda Islam, hal ini telah dimanfaatkan oleh para penjajah (kolonialis) dan mereka sangat bergembira dan memperhatikan kemunculan pemikiran dan ajaran-ajaran kebidahan melalui orang-orang yang dinamakan Orientalis yang memiliki kedudukan seperti penasehat bagi kementrian luar negeri mereka dan mereka tidak pernah lupa dengan sejarah mereka terhadap kaum muslimin.
Bagaimanapun juga munculnya Syiah dengan ajaran-ajaran anehnya tanpa diragukan lagi menghambat manusia untuk berjalan dijalan Allah dan menyesatkan kaum muslimin dari agamanya yang lurus.
3. Penyebab Munculnya Golongan Zindiq
Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah menjelaskan dasar kesesatan Ismailiyah dan Nusairiyah dan sekte-sekte lainnya dari orang-orang mulhid dan zindiq adalah pembenaran berita dan riwayat dusta Syiah Rafidhah yang mereka paparkan dalam menafsirkan Al Quran dan Al Hadits, beliau berkata : Para pemimpin Ubaidiyiin (bani ubaid) hanya menegakkan dasar dakwahnya dengan kedustaan-kedustaan yang dibuat-buat oleh kaum Rafidhoh agar pengikut Syiah yang sesat dapat menerimanya kemudian orang-orang tersebut berpindah dari mencela para sahabat kepada mencela Ali kemudian mencela Allah, oleh karena itu ajaran Syiah Rafidhah adalah pintu dan jalan yang paling menghantar kepada kekufuran dan penyimpangan. [8]. Bahkan Syaikh Muhibuddib Al Khathib mencatat bahwa tasayu� (ajaran Syiah) menjadi satu faktor pendukung tersebarnya ajaran Komunis dan Bahaiyah di Iran. [9]
4. Berusaha Menyesatkan Kaum Muslimin Dengan Merusak Sunnah Rasulullah Shallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam.
Ini merupakan usaha yang mereka lakukan untuk menyesatkan kaum muslimin sehingga untuk itu mereka masuk kekalangan ahlil hadits dan setelah itu memasukkan riwayat-riwayat palsu mereka sehingga banyak para ulama Islam yang terkecoh dengannya akan tetapi Alhamdulillah Allah tidak membiarkan begitu saja bahkan membangkitkan para imam ahlil hadits untuk membongkar makar busuk mereka itu. Syaikh As Suwaidiy berkata : �Sebagian Ulama mereka bergelut dengan ilmu hadits, mendengar hadits-hadits dari para ahli tsiqat dari Ahli Sunnah serta menghapal sanad-sanad periwayatan Ahli Sunnah yang shahih lalu menghiasi diri dengan ketakwaan dan wara� sehingga mereka diakui termasuk kalangan ahli hadits kemudian mereka meriwayatkan hadits-hadits yang shahih dan hasan dan memasukkan hadits-hadits palsu mereka�. [10]
Al Alusiy menyatakan bahwa diantara mereka itu adalah Jaabir Al Ju�fiy [11], bahkan Ibnul Qayim menjelaskan bahwa Syiah telah memalsukan hadits tentang Ali dan Ahlil Bait sebanyak lebih dari 3000 hadits. [12]
BAHAYA SYI�AH TERHADAP KAUM MUSLIMIN DALAM BIDANG POLITIK
Syiah seperti telah ditandaskan dalam kitab-kitab pokok mereka tidak meyakini keabsahan negera apapun juga di dunia Islam kecuali kekhilafahan Ali bin Abi Thalib dan anaknya Al Hasan dan menganggap khalifah di dunia Islam ini adalah Thoghut dan negaranya tidak sah sebagaimana dalam riwayat-riwayat mereka : Setiap panji yang ditegakkan sebelum bangkit imam yang ditunggu-tunggu kebangkitannya, maka pelakunya adalah thoghut.
Oleh Karena itu jadilah Syiah tempat yang mapan bagi musuh-musuh Islam dan orang-orang yang berkonspirasi menghancurkan Islam sampai sekarang dan itu terbukti dengan pengakuan dari mereka seperti duta besar Rusia di Iran Kanyaz Dakurki yang mengambil nama samaran Syaikh Isa sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh majalah yang diterbitkan kementrian Rusia tahun 1924-1925, demikian juga Jendral berkebangsaan Inggris Juaifir Alikhaan dan lain-lainnya.
Syaikhul Islam menyatakan : Kebanyakan penganut agama Syiah tidak beriman kepada Islam akan tetapi menampakkan diri sebagai orang Syiah karena dangkal dan bodohnya akal Syiah untuk mengantarkan mereka kepada tujuan-tujuan kepentingan mereka. [Minhajus Sunnah 2/48]
Orang yang mengerti sejarah Islam akan berpendapat para pengaku Syiah ternyata adalah musuh yang paling berbahaya yang menyerang negara Islam, karena mereka itu secara lahiriyah adalah muslimin akan tetapi dibathinnya menyimpan kekufuran dan permusuhan yang besar sekali terhadap Islam, sehingga Syiekhil Islam Ibnu Taimiyah berkata: Sesungguhnya asal setiap fitnah dan bencana adalah Syiah dan orang yang mengikuti mereka dan kebanyakan pedang yang menumpahkan darah kaum muslimin adalah dari mereka dan pada mereka bersembunyi para zindiq [13]. Dan karena mereka menganggap kaum muslimin lebih kufur dari Yahudi dan Nashrani sehingga mereka bersama mereka bahu membahu dalam menghancurkan umat Islam, Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah berkata : �Sungguh kami dan kaum muslimin telah melihat apabila kaum muslimin diserang musuh kafir maka Syiah bersama mereka menghadapi kaum muslimin� [14]
Lihatlah kisah masuknya Hulaghu Khan (raja Tartar Mongol) ke negeri Syam tahun 658H dimana kaum Syiah menjadi penolong dan pembantu mereka yang paling besar dalam menghancurkan negara Islam dan menegakkan negara mereka, dan ini telah diketahui dengan jelas dalam buku-buku sejarah khususnya di Iraq dimana menteri khalifah waktu itu yang bernama Ibnul Alqaamiy dan kaum Syiah menjadi pembantu Hulaghu Khan dalam menaklukkan Iraq dan menumpahkan darah kaum muslimin yang tidak terhitung jumlahnya. Ringkas kejadiannya Ibnul Alqaamiy adalah seorang menteri pada khalifah bani Abasiyah yang bernama Al Mu�tashim seorang Ahli Sunnah akan tetapi dia lengah dan tidak memperhatikan bahaya Syiah sehingga mengangkat seorang Syiah sebagai menterinya padahal menterinya ini telah merencanakan makar busuk dalam rangka menghancurkan negaranya dan kaum muslimin serta menegakkan negara Syiah, ketika mendapat jabatan tinggi tersebut maka dia memanfaatkannya untuk merealisasikan makarnya menghancurkan negara Islam dengan melakukan tiga marhalah:
1. Melemahkan Tentara Muslimin Dengan Menghapus Gaji Dan Bantuan Kepada Para Tentara Dan Mengurangi Jumlahnya.
Ibnu Katsir berkata : Menteri Ibnul Alqaamiy berusaha keras untuk menyingkirkan para tentara dan menghapus namanya dari dewan kerajaan. Pada akhir masa pemerintahan Al Muntashir [15] tentara kaum muslimin mendekati jumlah seratus ribu tentara� dan dia terus berusaha menguranginya sehingga tidak tinggal kecuali sepuluh ribu orang tentara saja.[16]
2. Menghubungi Tartar
Ibnu Katsir memaparkan bahwa dia menghubungi Tartar dan memotivasi mereka untuk merebut wilayah Islam serta mempermudah mereka untuk itu lalu dia menceritakan keadaan yang sesungguhnya dan menceritakan kelemahan-kelemahan para tokoh pemimpin Islam. [17]
3. Melarang Orang Memerangi Tartar Dan Menipu Khalifah Dan Masyarakat Islam.
Ibnul Alqaamiy melarang orang untuk memerangi Tartar dan menipu Khalifah dan para penasehatnya dengan mengatakan bahwa Tartar tidak ingin perang akan tetapi ingin membuat perjanjian damai dengan mereka dan meminta Khalifah untuk menyambut mereka untuk kemudian berdamai dengan memberi separuh hasil pemasukan negeri Iraq untuk Tartar dan separuhnya untuk khalifah. Lalu khalifah berangkat bersama tujuh ratus orang dari para hakim, ahli fiqih, amir-amir dan pembantu-pembantunya� lalu dengan tipu daya ini terbunuhlah khalifah dan orang yang bersamanya dari para panglima tentara dan prajurit pilihannya tanpa susah payah dari Tartar. Sedang orang-orang Syiah lainnya menasehati Hulaghu Khan untuk tidak menerima perdamaian khalifah dengan mengatakan bahwa kalau terjadi perdamaianpun tidak akan bertahan kecuali setahun atau dua tahu saja kemudian kembali seperti sebelumnya dan memotivasi Hulaghu Khan untuk membunuh khalifah, dan dikisahkan yang menyuruh membunuh kholifah adalah Ibnul Alqaamiy dan Nushair Ath Thusiy.[18] Kemudian mereka masuk ke negeri Iraq dan membunuhi semua orang yang dapat dibunuh dari kalangan laki-laki, perempuan, anak-anak, orang jompo dan tidak ada yang lolos kecuali ahli dzimmah dari kalangan Nashrani dan Yahudi serta orang-orang yang berlindung kepada mereka dan ke rumah Ibnul Alqaamiy.[19]
Terbunuhnya jiwa dalam peristiwa tragis tersebut lebih dari belasan juta orang dan belum ada dalam sejarah Islam bencana seperti bencana yang ditimbulkan orang Tartar Mongol, mereka membunuhi orang-orang Bani Haasyim, menawan para wanita Abasyiyah dan selain Abasyiyah. Kemudian apakah ada orang yang berloyalitas kepada ahli bait Rasululloh Shallallahu �alaihi wa sallam sehingga memudahkan kaum Kafir untuk membunuh dan menawan mereka dan kaum muslimin? [20]
Lihatlah dan renungkanlah kejadian besar ini dan ambillah pelajaran wahai Ahli Sunnah dalam melakukan pendekatan terhadap mereka.!!!!.[21]
BAHAYA SYIAH DALAM BIDANG SOSIAL.
Orang syiah yang hidup bersama kaum muslimin selalu menyembunyikan hakikatnya dan selalu menggunakan tipu daya, khianat dan berbuat jahat cukuplah pernyataan Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah tentang mereka menjadi saksi akan hal tersebut sejak dahulu kala dan dapat dirasakan dizaman kita ini, berkata Syaikhil Islam : Adapun Rafidhah (Syiah), mereka tidak berinteraksi sosial dengan orang lain kecuali menggunakan kenifakan karena agama yang ada dihatinya adalah agama yang rusak yang membawanya untuk berdusta, khianat, menipu dan berbuat jahat terhadap orang sehingga dia melakukan kejahatan apa saja [22]. Ini persaksian seorang tokoh Sunniy, mungkin ada yang mengatakan : Itukan hanya tuduhan belaka! Tanpa bukti Akan tetapi jika kita melihat kembali ke kitab-kitab rujukan mereka didapatkan pemaparan beliau ini pas. Lihatlah dalam kitab Rijal Al Kisysyiy ada kisah seorang Syiah kepada imam-nya bagaimana dia membunuh sejumlah orang yang menyelisihinya, ia berkata : Diantara mereka ada yang saya naik ke atap rumahnya dengan tangga dan saya bunuh, ada yang saya ajak keluar di malam hari, ketika dia keluar pintu langsung saya bunuh, ada yang saya temani dalam perjalannya, lalu ketika bersendirian saya bunuh [23].
Ulama Syiah yang bernama Ni�matullah Al Jazaairiy bercerita tentang menteri Ar Rasyid yang bernama Ali bin Yaqthiin, dia di penjara bersama sejumlah orang yang menyelisihinya (dalam madzhab) lalu dia memerintahkan para budaknya untuk merobohkan atap penjara tempat mereka dan mereka mati seluruhnya dan jumlah mereka waktu itu lima ratus orang, kemudian dia ingin mengelak dari tuntutan darah mereka lalu dia mengutus orang ke Imam Maulana Al Kaadzim dan sang imam membalas dengan menulis jawabannya : Seandainya engkau telah memberitahukan saya sebelum membunuh mereka maka kamu lolos dari tuntutan darah tersebut dan ketika kamu tidak memberitahukan saya terlebih dahulu maka bayarlah sebagaia tebusannya satu kambing untuk setiap orang dan seekor kambing itu lebih baik daripada mereka.[24]
Lihatlah bagaimana mereka tinggal hidup ditengah-tengah kaum muslimin, bagaimana imam mereka menyetujui pembunuhan limaratus orang hanya sekedar mereka bukanlah orang Syiah dan hanya memerintahkan membayar satu kambing perorang lantaran tidak izin dahulu kepada imam mereka dan jika sudah izin kepada imam mereka atau wakilnya yaitu para faaqiih maka bisa berbuat semaunya.
Kemudian tokoh Syiah ini berkomentar tentang kisah tersebut : Lihatlah tebusan yang rendah ini yang tidak sampai menyamai tebusan (diyat) adik mereka yaitu anjing buruan karena diyatnya (tebusan) dua puluh dirham dan tidak pula diyat (tebusan) kakak mereka yaitu orang Yahudi atau Majusi karena diyatnya (tebusannya) delapan ratus dirham. [25]
Sejarah membuktikan bahwa mereka banyak menyulut fitnah dikalangan kaum muslimin karena mereka berani mencela dan melecehkan para sahabat dalam setiap pertemuan tahunan mereka, dan kalau kita melihat sejarah terjadinya pertumpahan darah antara Syiah dengan Ahlus Sunnah yang pertama di Baghdad adalah tahun 238 H kemudian berlanjut fitnah-fitnah yang telah banyak memakan korban dari kalangan kaum muslimin.
Diantara bahaya Syiah terhadap tatanan sosial masyarakat Islam adalah pembolehan nikah Mut�ah yaitu kesepakatan rahasia untuk melakukan hubungan suami istri kepada wanita yang telah sepakat dengannya walaupun dari kalangan pekerja seks komersil (WTS) atau wanita yang masih bersuami, lihat pendapatnya Ath-Thusiy, ia berkata : Tidak mengapa bermut�ah dengan wanita fajiroh [26] dan Khumainiy juga berfatwa bolehnya bermut�ah dengan pezina [27]. Oleh karena itu mereka mungkin bersepakat untuk sehari, dua hari atau sekali dan dua kali.
Al Aluusy berkata : Barang siapa yang melihat keadaan orang-orang Syiah sekarang dalam masalah Mut�ah tidak butuh dalam menghukum mereka berzina keada bukti-bukti karena seorang wanita berzina dengan dua puluh laki-laki dalam satu hari satu malam dan mengatakan bahwa dia berbuat Mut�ah. Dan tersedia buat mereka lokalisasi-lokalisasi untuk Mut�ah yang berpajangan disana para wanita dan mereka memiliki mucikari-mucikari yang menghubungkan laki-laki dengan para wanita atau para wanita dengan para laki-laki sehingga mereka memilih yang mereka senangi dan memberikan upahnya dan menarik para wanita tersebut kepada laknat Allah. [28]
Bukankah ini semua merupakan bahaya yang sangat besar, ambillah pelajaran wahai ulil ab-shor.
BAHAYA SYIAH DALAM BIDANG EKONOMI
Demikian pula Syiah memiliki pengaruh jelek dalam bidang ekonomi bagi kaum muslimin hal ini dan ini cukup jelas kalau di pandang darti bahaya mereka dalam bidang-bidang yang lain, sebab kerusakan politik, ideologi dan pemikiran serta tatanan sosial amat berpengaruh dalam bidang ekonomi, lihatlah fitnah-fitnah yang mereka timbulkan banyak menghabiskan harta benda, nyawa dan waktu sehingga memberikan kesempatan yang luas bagi musuh-musuh Islam menghancurkan ekonomi dan budaya kaum muslimin apalagi dipandang dari sudut aqidah mereka yang menganggap harta dan jiwa kaum muslimin yang bertentangan dengan mereka adalah harta yang boleh dirampas dan diambil dengan dakwaan yang dusta bahwa hal itu adalah hak ahlil bait padahal harta-harta tersebut dipergunakan untuk merealisasikan keinginan-keinginan khusus mereka dan untuk menjalankan makar dan tipu daya mereka dalam menghadapi umat Islam .
Dr Ali Assaalus berkata : Dari kenyataan madzhab Ja�fariyah pada saat-saat ini kita dapatkan orang yang ingin berhaji harus menghitung jumlah hartanya semua kemudian membayar seperlima harga hartanya untuk diserahkan kepada para ahli fiqih yang berfatwa kewajiban khumus dan yang tidak membayarnya tidak dibolehkan haji dengan demikian para ahli fiqih Syiah tersebut telah menghalalakan pengambilan harta dengan kebatilan. [29]
Berkata Syaikhul Islam : Adapaun pendapat Rafidhah bahwa Khumus hasil pendapatan kaum muslimin diambil dari mereka dan di bayarkan kepada orang yang mereka anggap sebagai pengganti imam yang maksum atau kepada yang lainnya adalah pendapat yang tidak pernah dikatakan oleh seorang sahabatpun dan tidak juga Ali dan yang lainnyadan juga tidak dikatakan oleh seorang tabiin dan dari kerabat Bani Hasyim atau yang lainnya. Semua penukilan dari Ali atau Ulama ahlil bait seperti Al Hasan, Al Husain, Ali bin Al Husain, Abu Ja�far Al Baaqir, Ja�far bin Muhamad adalah kedustaan karena itu menyelisihi riwayat yang mutawatir dari sejarah Ali bin Abi Thalib karena beliau memerintahkan kaum muslimin selama empat tahun dan belum pernah mengambil dari kaum muslimin sedikitpun hartanya bahkan tidak ada dimasa pemerintahannya pembagian khumus sama sekali. Adapun kaum muslimin tidak diambil khumus hartanya oleh beliau atau orang lain dan kaum kufarlah yang kapan dirampas dari harta mereka diambil seperlimanya dengan dasar Alkitab dan As Sunnah akan tetapi dizaman beliau kaum muslimin tidak melakukan peperangan dengan kaum kufar disebabkan adanya perselisihan diantara mereka dari fitnah dan perpecahan. Demikian juga telah diketahui secara pasti bahwa Nabi Shallallahu �alaihi wa sallam tidak pernah mengambil khumus harta kaum muslimin dan tidak juga meminta dari seorang muslimpun khumus hartanya. [30]
Demikianlah mereka mengambil khumus dalam rangka untuk memenuhi kepentingan dan keinginan ulama-ulama mereka. Inilah selintas tentang bahaya Syiah yang telah menjadi satu kenyataan dan bukan untuk menjelaskan keseluruhannya dan cukuplah kitab-kitab para ulama Islam telah menjelaskan semuanya dan kita hanya dituntut unruk membaca kembali dan berhati-hati dari mereka dan gerakannya.
Mudah-mudahan Allah Subhanahu wa Ta�ala menjaga kita dari mereka dan menunjuki kita kejalan yang lurus.
